Artist John Mitchell

Inspired by the 70th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz artist John Mitchell produced two paintings, the proceeds of which he wished to donate to help elderly survivors. We very much appreciate this. In particular we are moved by John's artwork and his gesture because he has no personal direct link with the Holocaust and yet he felt so deeply about it that he used his talents to express the horror and reach us in ways other than words. We see this as a sign of hope for the world, that people care. Thank you John. Anyone interested in finding out more about John's work should e mail us through our on-line enquiries system.
